Heart of the City is holding its first Penalty Kick fundraiser to keep Waukegan kicking, with proceeds helping to keep soccer affordable. U10/U11 and under can have six kicks for $5. U12 and over are invited to a juggling contest at noon with an entry fee of $5. Sponsorships are available for this day of food, music, fun, and soccer! Rumor has it Mayor Cunningham will take a turn in goal!
